Breckland Council Economic Development Officer
Lindy’s role as Economic Development Officer at Breckland Council brings her into contact with many businesses across the district and she provides a single point of contact for business support advice and guidance. Lindy also works with partner agencies to promote workplace development and encourage entrepreneurship.
Lindy says: “I am proud to be one of the founder members of the Thetford WIB and have felt a huge sense of satisfaction as I have seen the group grow from strength to strength. The members are vibrant and friendly and there’s always a positive buzz at meetings so every time I come away feeling informed and enthused.
We all lead busy lives where time is at a premium but I like to encourage people to find the time to get networking and exchange knowledge, discuss issues, and promote their business. It really is well worth the effort.”
